Pero despu\u00e9s el precio acordado originalmente vari\u00f3 como resultado de la incorporaci\u00f3n en el negocio del uso exclusivo de un garage\/cochera.<\/p><p>Ante dicho escenario, la DGI concluy\u00f3:<\/p><p>(i) Deber\u00eda calcularse el monto del IRPF sobre el precio total de venta del Inmueble, incluyendo el valor del garage\/cochera.<\/p><p>(ii)\u00a0 Deber\u00eda tomarse como costo fiscal del Inmueble, el precio de la promesa modificada, actualiz\u00e1ndose el mismo desde la fecha de celebraci\u00f3n de la promesa
