• Representation of a Canadian mining firm in the acquisition of one hundred percent (100%) of the shares in one of the two existing gold mines in Uruguay (in exploitation phase).
• Legal support for an Australian company dedicated to the purchase of mining rights on nickel deposits.
• Professional advice to an English bank in a project finance for the development and exploitation of a gold mine in Uruguay. (This was the first project finance conducted in the gold mining sector in Uruguay).
• Legal advice to a South African bank in the restructuring and refinancing of the debts of a Canadian mining venture in Uruguay.
