- Advice to a Latin American telecommunications services provider in a tender for the acquisition of a license to operate three broad-band PCS frequencies and to set up the network for the respective mobile phone system.
- Representation of a telecommunications services provider in its lawsuit against the State-owned telecommunications company. The complainant relied on the violation of the competition rules by the State-owned company.
- Representation of the Uruguayan shareholders in the sale of their stock-ownership of one of the two private mobile operators in Uruguay.
- Representation of several multinational companies in the approval of their products in Uruguay, including modems, receivers and transmitters.
- Advice to a British company in issues related to the delivery of IP-VPN, M2M, VoIP, internet access and unified telecommunications services.
- Regulatory advice to foreign companies which contemplate operations in Uruguay.
